[Resolved]  TVS SPORT — Complaint regarding Service

I purchased my vehicle(Vehicle Num:TN 70 H 5351 on 03/10/2013 SLVA TVS SHOW ROOM in Bagalur. After purchasing the Vehicle the day is started using the vehicle,there is vibration in riding the vehicle.The same had been complained to SLVA TVS Show Room immediately.They promised me they will solve the issue in 1st free service.When i gave the vehicle for service for the 1st service, they told the problem is rectified and the problem is solved.

The problem still dint solved again i re visited with the same issue for 3 to 4 times before 2nd Service.They just tightened the handle again they returned me but the problem dint solve.Same repeated till the 4th Service but the problem dint solved.


After 4th service i revisited show room for the same issue,they told me pay Rs.750/- inorder to extend the warranty for the same i paid Rs.750/- but i dint get any receipt from them.They are telling the receipt will come but still i dint receive the receipt.

I dint get any solution so i complaint the issue to the Manager Mr.Sampangi.Test drive with Supervision of Mr.Anand was carried out.Even he said that there is a problem in bike and told us to leave it for 3 days.I left it for 3 days and it extended more than 20days but bike was in the same show room with same condition.

Later i complained to Mr.Sampangi with same issue after 20 days but he said he is not responsible for this issue and told us to complain whom ever we want.

During this 20 days left side mirror they damaged Scratches in the right side of petrol tank.Shock up stairs got damaged.

After 20days Mr.Mohan kumar came and checked the vehicle and he said that there is no problem in the vehicle.So we took vehicle back from show room and submitted in Hosur Show room.They told that there is problem with wheels.I was not in the situation to to repair vehicle so returned with vehicle.

Now Mr.Anand from SLVA TVS SHOW ROOM calling and asking us to resubmit the bike for repair under chargeable basis.(25% from company side and 75% from company side).

20 days it was in show room and after that also my problem dint solve.....

Now what solution i need to get from TVS....I am not ready to pay any amount for repair and i am going for consumer court...If i dont get any solution from i am going for consumer court and give negative feed back in mouth shut.com

TVS SPORTS REGISTRY — NO REGISTRY RECEIVED

I bought a bike TVS Sports from Singodiya motors, Amer Road, Jaipur on 22-09-09 but till date i have not received registry of my bike i did many request to showroomman but there is no result. Kindly guide me what action is have to take.
This time, I have twice the amount of money cut . 15 .10.2018 The money was taken from the bank on .Calling on TVS agency, I'm calling the phone intentionally
