[Resolved]  TVS - susheel motors — Poor servicing and high rates

I agree with you. Even I am having the similar issues. They have inexperienced mechanics and not able to solve the problems.

i agree with that. not only that thy are not able to buy printer it takes 50 min for printout . it takes more than one hour to give my bike to service. thy have even misbehave with customers. the poor management and servicing

I Totally Agree. I had the similar experience and whenever they do service, the new problems starts. I need to visit twice atleast to resiolve the issue. Very Very Bad experience. Not recommend at all.

I too had a similar experience with Susheel motors TVS at kondapur, the battery which was running good till the time i gave my wego for servicing. After they did servicing the battery died completely. I would say it is pure negligence of workshop supervisor.

I agree with you, venu, for 100%. Even I have also purchased apache at susheel motors at kukatpally Y junction. Within 4rth month or 5th, my front tyre gave a problem and I have visited the servicing center(susheel motors at kukatpally Y junction). They told me that everything is fine, and posted some labour charges, and suggested me to visit normal puncture shop. I did that too, but the problem is still there, and that puncture shop person told me to visit the servicing center. This happened for a month or two. Then I complained to TVS head office. Then an advisor called me, came to my house and replaced the front tyre... In this process, many of the servicing guys spoke rudely with me, but I was not able to do anything... atlast after replacing my tyre, issue resolved... Not only in this issue, even after that, 2-3 times while servicing, I told them to check some parts but they didnt... I faced lot of problems with them...

Even administration in not good..recently i purchased TVS wego..initially they have quoted Rs 56, 000 without accessories. Then when we asked for discount they promised to will pay permanent registration fees from showroom for the quoted Rs 56, 000. But, when we go for registration they said it is not updated in their system and cheated me finally. This is very bad for a service company to be so irresponsible. I'm not happy with their service.

Sir,

I purchased TVS Wego at Feb'2012.Up to first service really i am happy with TVS Wego.

But i suffered with M/S Susheel motors services,

from Ist serivce (With M/s Susheel Motors, Kukatpalli, Hyderabad) onwards i can face lot of problems in my scooter with poor service of M/s Susheel motors.

The M/s Susheel motors, KP, Hyd service people call to us and remembered service due through mobile for Oil selling purpose.

I think free service means water servicing only.They are not solving scooter problems and make new problem also.

Before 3rd service, I written my observations and complaints in service paper and given to M/s Susheel motors, KP, Hyd but they are giving my scooter with oil change only they are not responding on my written complaints same complaints find in my scooter.

At the time i questioned M/s Susheel motors, why you are not responding on my written complaints then the service coordinator came and given explanation free service means water servicing only.

After 3rd service i can find below problems in my scooter.

1. Self starting problem: They can said battery problem, Its under warranty we replace your faulty battery with new one but new battery fixing you pay 150Rs.

2. Front brake noise: My scooter front break make noise but the service person loosen front brake and said problem solved.

3. Mileage problem: I have some knowledge on mileage conditions so i tested my scooter on road.My scooter giving very poor mileage (30Kms per ltr) at 40-50Kms speed on high way road. - For mileage testing M/s Susheel motors says its taking one day time and you will follow up with us for time free and testing.

4.UN-recommended air filling in tires.

5. Very poor administration.

6. Negligence of workshop supervisor - No body not responding on customer complaints.

Really i proud to purchase TVS company products but the third party service companies spoil the good will.

Please change the third party and i recommended please take over the service centers by TVS company directly with staff.

Please support and take action on M/s Susheel motors, Y Junction, Kukatppali, Hyderabad.
