respected sir/madam,
i regret to state that being a customer of your prestigeous financial institution, have faced misconduct in the part of one of your female employee(HDFC, Rukminigaon Branch, Guwahati, Assam)with regard to collection of installment amount of a two-wheeler loan.
me being a loyal customer have always paid my dues well ahead of time untill this month when i faced this problem.i had my payment date till 29th of this month which i have cleared on 27th but i was unable to pay a amount Rs.450/-(min. amt. to avoid lapse in the payment of bounce fees) due to some personal problem and i asked your representative to come on 29th at which the famale employee of your above mentioned branch started harrassing me by her calls from her office and even charged me that i was wasting your bank's precious time and accused me of taking the loan.i was very sad at this mis-conduct while my installments were clear till date.
so i request you to take some measures in this case as soon as possible as i may not be the only person facing the same problem.
