UTI Children Carrear Plan — Name change of applicant

The applicant name was changed from MsEnisha Das to Ms Priya Das, D/O Ajit Kumar Das, C/O Shri Debasish Saha, Kalapahar (Pahartolly), 2No Bye Lane House No 20Guwahati - 781018 for UTI children carrear plan. With refrence to reply to my earlier correspondance with UTI, vide UTI letter no. JOE/REG/UTI/ 989770B dt 03-10-08, the scan copy of affidefit for name change, School Pass Certifiacte, Birth Certificate are already sent as attachement by email on 06-02-09. But till date no reply from UTI by email as well as by post are not received.

I had invested for my daughter first in Rajalaxmi scheme which was later transferred to Children Career Plan, Folio Number[protected]. My daughter attained the age of 18 last November 2008. I contacted Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd Unit: UTI Mutual Fund, Narayani Mansion, H.No. 1-90/2/10/E, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500 081 regarding Redemption Payment. The asked me to submit original documents to them for making redemption payment. It has been 4 months since I submitted the documents and we have not received the payment yet. First they told me that they sent it directly to my daughter's bank account. That did not happen. Then they told me by e-mail that they have posted to our address. I have received nothing so far. I would request the authorities to look into this matter and advise me with the Redemption Payment urgently. If you need, I can send you all the correspondences that I have made with Karvy so far. I have made investments in UTI in the past via your Bahrain contact, but this is the first time I am experiencing this from UTI.
