I am user o[censored]fone from last 6 years. on 27, 2010 at 06: 30 pm I activate a sms package and sent massage sub to 607 as per ufone policy for sms package rigestration and rs 80 deduct from my account and in massage they mention that the confirmation will be after one hour and in 1 min I massage to 607 for package cancellation and write UNSUB as per their package cancellation policy and sent to 607. than RS above 160 deduct from my account. af ter this I call at ufone helpline for help and they tell me that here is no service for package cancellation they do nothing for me and here is no way to get my money back as their all sms package service have cancellation service except this one. After this I sent online complaint and they informe me that either u write anything to this no 607 we will active a sms package its not bother that u write sub or unsub , and they even don’t accept their mistake that they don’t want to facilitate their customers.
This service provider behave like blind rupee deducted machines its not service just a way to cheat the customers
Is there anyone to ask from these people that i[censored] write in sms that confirmation will be after 1 hour than why u cant cancel package after 2 min????????
And after it they write in sms that WRITE SUB AND SENT TO[protected] ETC than if I write unsub than why another package activate??? It should be cancel as all other package.
After this email ufone staff behavior very bad and this service policies are also very bad. They behave like they never need to solve anyone’s problem and I m very disappointed with ufone because even after my complaint they don’t giving me any favor. And even not agree with me.
