I completely agree. In addition, the management team is very incompetent. We recently bought a row house and quality of work is very shoddy at best, especially plumbing work. The folks who manage are not very forthcoming and in fact they might be even dishonest. We have had a very very bad experience dealing with these guys. They promised 90% of the house completed with in two months of payments, which we have done, and 9 months have passed the house was no where close to completing even 90%. They insisted we pay 100% before they would complete the rest and I insisted they live up to their bargain. I feel like we have been taken for a ride by these guys, who have trusted. I would suggest you stay away of from dealing with these guys.
