I am in due payment o[censored]LIP 1971 premium during this Month Viz. May 2012.
But I have not received my Payment Advice from Ur Office. My Investor ID No:[protected].
i request U kindly send the me the format through E Mail immediately. So as I am
able to pay my Renewal Premium due in this month in time at Ur Visakhapatnam
office. Kindly provide me the same. than Q Sir.

my folio no. is [protected] ulip was due on 23.03.10. i have submitted my bank detail duly attested redemption request alog with cancelled cheque my id proof.I am also an executive of punjab national bank.I socked to note the working o[censored]TI.it is surprising about your objections given by your helpdesk.Please make my payment today otherwise i will be compelled to take legel action against you and i will go to consumer court for financial loss and mental agony.
