But we do not regulate Immigration Affairs here in the UK. The Body responsible for Immigration related matters is the British Immigration Department.


This is our official notification, that Your application has been accepted by the UN-Employment-Division based on Resume/ your qualifications you submitted to our office. At this recruitment stage, the United Nations do not appointment any duty or office to you. Because, All Employees must undergo the 6-months Training/Orientation designated to take place in London and employees training will be streamline in their field of study/professions and career enhancement (See UN Employment Articles in the attachment).


The United Nations Diplomacy is the art and practice of conducting negotiations between representatives of groups or states. It usually refers to International Diplomacy, the conduct of international relations through the intercession of Various professionalism with regard to issues of peace-making, trade, war, medicals, engineering, economics, culture, environment and human rights. Starting allowance :9,700GPBS (Nine Thousand seven Hundred pounds only) monthly-take-home basis (After tax), Sterling or Euros equivalent depending on Home country and currency preference.



Successful employee will be posted to their job location at the completion of 6-months orientation/training excesses in London, the starting date Shall be determined as per authorization and issuance of Resident and Work Permit by the London Immigration Department! You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced United Nations Organizations team with the mandate to provide excellent and selfless services as stipulated in this contract document.


The work Environment will be within and outside the United Kingdom, not limited to Europe, but to be determined by the United Nations Human Resources Board. You are to report immediately to the Director,Employment Division (Dr. Holmes Palmer) upon arrival to conclude prospects of orientation, and other logistics. Your salary GBP9, 700.00 Funds can be transferred to any Bank designated by you and this must be in conformity with the present tax situation of the Country.


Allowances and entitlement are stipulated by the United Nations Board which is provided in your study manual and employment hard copies already transferred to the Immigration Department as a back proof of appointment acceptance. All Employees are entitled to 1 months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart one different period. The United Nations for each Inter-continental trip shall provide flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. All mission Travel shall be by business class/first class. The United Nations shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employee’s early notification to employer (UN) and as shall be requested by employee.


BRITISH IMMIGRATION COMMISSION REQUIREMENTS:-

1.Written (E-Mail) Application Letter For Wok & Resident Permit to the United kingdom :- See attachment for British Immigration Affairs Template, Complete and send to the Immigration Head Quarters.


2.Scanned Attached Copy of Applicant International Passports :- In a more confidential maters, my office cannot handle Immigration related activates, and so we do not stand for our employee in terms of Immigration Screening. The Immigration Screening is to check employee citizenship authentication and Academic record with the relevant authorities of Government Agencies of your Home Country.


3.Diplomatic Process Charges :- The British Immigration has specific Charges for the processing of their required travelling documents for resident/Work-Live Permit. And the United Nations has signed a legal agreement with the UK Immigration Service to bear/accept 80% costs arising from the processing of travelling documents (Work-Permit, Resident Permit) and select Individual-Employees with total willingness to work in the UN Global Climate Change will bear 20%.

4.Marriage Certificate (If Travelling with family Members) :- Maximum of 4-Family members (Including Employee), and Employee-Family Members do not undergo Immigration screening routine as Employee Resident/Work/Live Permit to UK can cover for other accompanying members of the family.

All employees will cover 20% cost of procurement of Work-&-Resident Permit and other essential traveling particulars as required by the UK Immigration Service and the UN will cover 80%. The United Nations however agrees to reimburse 20% Traveling Expenses made by Employee with 10-days of the first orientation/training exercise in the UK. The UN shall refund all costs for Traveling Expenses, Processing of Work/ Resident Permit Papers of Employee upon resumption of orientation/training exercise. This is to possibly to protect the UN OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS should Employee decide to decline Job Offer after certain Expenses must have been made by UN. This agreement hereby binds Employer (UN) and Employee in that reimbursements will be made fully (100%) to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and proof of Expenses with the British Immigration confirmation on resumption of office.


Employee who did not leave up to expectations of the UN standard by reason of Misconduct, Disobedience and Negligence shall be rejected by the Orientation panel. Such employee will be given extra fund as compensation + His traveling expenses to the UK + Return allowance. This employee will never be liable to put-up further application with UN. The first monthly salary shall be paid in advance after the Six Days Orientation programmed before any employees shall be posted for primary assignment officially, this is to enable UNITED NATIONS Staff settle all domestic needs after travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.


Payment of First Month’s salary is also geared towards making sure that all employees has enough money in his/her Bank account as the UNITED KINGDOM Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand (NEFSL).) All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in UNITED KINGDOM shall be 70% paid into an offshore account to be provided by employee with the remaining 30% paid locally in UNITED KINGDOM. This is in line with the UK Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.
