[Resolved]  unauthorised factory — unauthorised factory in residential area

I have been complaining for so long but there is no response coming

I want to highlight my concern that i am a resident of :c-233 harinagar , delhi -110064 . we are living on first floor where on the ground floor an unauthorized factory is running which creates lots of noise this much that our windows trembles when the machine is operating in that factory . we have several times made complaints to the owner but he is a wicked man he uses abusive words and even passes wrong comments to passing by females .
he is very indecent he starts working at 7 in the morning and works till 11 in the night and even on holidays and sundays he is not leaving our lives in peace .

We request you to please check his machine which is there in his factory due to which our building may become weak due to the vibrations produced by his machine.
