[Resolved] Unicon Investment Solutions — Non opening of Demat account | |||
I have applied for opening Demat Account with Unicon on 23rd Mar, 2011. But to my surprise I havent received any password for online trading as of yet even though this was the only mode in which i had chosen to transact. On calling Customer Care(!!!) number 15th April, i was told that they havent posted the Password for my equity account yet. I requested them to do post my password. Again till 6th May, i didnt receive my password and the same thing happened on Calling Customer Helpline number. So they took the request again and I had to question why does a Customer needs to Call for password after opening an Account!!! I didnt receive any satisfactory response. Waited till 31st May and called the Helpline again and this time the guy on the phone said he'll check everything and call back in 20 minutes. After more than 2 hours i had to call and check and for the first time i got to know that my Equity Account hasnt been Active at all !!! I had given 2 cheques of 10, 000 each which got debited from my account on 2nd April and 20th April. On trying to call the Bangalore people (Mr Ganesh, who claimed to be the head of Bangalore operations) they rarely answered the calls or called back. Also mailed my concerns to [protected]@uniconindia.in on 12 May but still havent got any concrete response from them. Kindly Help on what steps can be taken to resolve the issue or against Unicon. I doubt of any action on part o[censored]nicon now. I have been following the issue daily from past 10 days (ie calling your helpDesk number[protected], mailing at [protected]@uniconindia.in, calling your Bangalore representative Mr Ganesh, even called Mr Rajeev Agarwal in your Noida office) but havent seen anybody Care to respond.
Till now i had just heard of such things happenings in today's world but didnt knew of anybody personally who has faced such apathy. But now i have got the 1st hand experience of such a thing myself. I have called your HelpDesk number mentioned yesterday to refund my 20, 000 asap.
Atleast hoping to see some prompt action from your side to finally get over with this.
