Unique Service Center Thane is bad in customer management. Just now, at 11:11 I got a call from a lady from this place offering me A/C services. When I told her that I am not using any A/C, her reply was' "Company is not aware of your type of customers!"
And they think that I would ask them for services in case I tell them that I have an A/C?

Unique service centre is very third class service center. Customer care is also third class, some one called me on this number [protected].She is very arrogant and manners less girl.
She may spoil company relations and creditibility, .
If management wants to grow then terminate her, she is making spoiling your business.

I think it is ideal if you were to avoid using their services.

i was trying their all numbers but no one was picking up, I have taken 3 year contract in feb and no one has turned up to give reciept of the same... I think all ran away after taking 3 year contract..

UNIQUE AC Services Thane is conning people I did a contract with them because some lady called me up and offered better rates and assured that they are growing as best service centre in private sector so they offered me a contract for 3 years compehensive for Rs 2500, i asked them twice that are you sure that you will provide 3 years of service the asuured yes.
Now suddenly after twice thier person came for genral service as in washing etc. last time in november end of 2014. though i told that we are not using AC as it is cold season in mumbai this year so maybe in feb. we will require service thier man still told we have to complete the schedule else AC gives problems so i let them do their job, and now in feb end on the 22nd when i was trying to put the AC on it was not cooling at all so i sent a complaint to them some Nandini picked up my call and said a man will visit by evening, BUT NO ONE CAME THAT DAY,
Next day again i called around 11 am that its bee 12 hrs since i have complained and no one has come, they assured by evening definately, AGAIN NO ONE CAME,
Third day i again called and shouted rthat what kind of service is this we give you advance and you dont care at all,
THEN THE PERSON FINALLY ARRIVES ON 3rd DAY AND SAYS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GAS.
I said its comprehensive contract he said its not written here.

Even I have received a call from unique services, I have asked them to come for a visit but have told them I will pay only after 20 days of your technicas first visit, kindly advise
I have opted for a 3 years AMC contract from them for AC services. I paid them in the month of January, 2015 and after that there was no call from them. In the month of April, 2015 I made at least 10 phone calls but the reply was very poor and till date no one is coming to visit or giving service. I rate them very poor service. These kind of people should not be there in the market. They deceive people by giving a call from females.

but 2 guys arrived without calling, i enquire them about company and services, one of them (guess senior one from them) said clearly, if you don't tell anyone i will let you know one thing, i said tell me. he told me that these company is not good, they will take your money and then you have to call them 10-12 time for service, even then you will not get service, he said we are just telling you becuase you seems a good middle class person who is earning money doing hard work. he said its our job to do contract like this, we get our salary, we will not loose any money, you do contract or not. we are just telling to save you from this. he also said, company owner just hired 22 girls to call customers and get contract and money. after listening to this, my wife said its better not to go for this. and we withdrawn our plan for their services, that girl called again n again even sent a message saying she will loose job if you dont do contract blah blah blah..i said no i will not do..again today got call from same girl, asking for same thing. i said i m going to do AMC with old company not with you, then she started saying "ek baar humari service try kijiye you will not regrate" then i said i am satisfied with the old company i am not interested in your service, then she stated giggling and said "hum bhi aapko apni service se satisfy karenge ek baar try to karo" after listing such double meaning words and they way she was talking i just cut the cal.

Even one star to UNIQUE AC Services Thane is more. They are cheats. I signed 3 yr AMC with them but after first service they never turned up. First few times they took the call and provided day n time for servicing by ACs but never turned up. Now they do not even take calls. I would suggest not to go from them.

Yes.. someone should do this.m so that they dont loot other ppl. When i told that lady i vl lodge a consumer court case agaisnt you she said. Ok go ahead.

This is the wost AC Service company so far and I also feel that I have been cheated into entering into the Contract.
The people who come for services are completely unprofessional and have no idea of how to handle an AC.
Inspite of repeated reminders these fellows came to my place after 2 - 3 months from the scheduled service date and after repeated follow ups when they turned, they just came in and washed the outer cover of the AC.
They dont have any equipments required to service the AC nor do they have any technical expertise.
I am also going to lodge the complaint against them.

I will be lodging a complaint. I would suggest we all unite and officially lodge a complaint to ensure they don't dupe more people of their hard earned money.
