a mark morrison(actually asian) supposedly the paymaster for the united nations development programme who have randomly selected my for a cash grant award of over £600,000.the award winning number is UNO-154?4456/011 which is exactly the same as a previous reported scam.all they want from me are my details and they will forward to me options for delivery which i have to pay for WHAT is this???????

Shame on them to try to CONN!!! the unsuspected, these E.Mail SCAMS are so well known that i do not know how they can make a living in this way. They should place an article showing what their percentage and success rate is, so that the public should not take pitty on them.
Most of them are only chancers, hoping that their SCAMS will be successful.
