Some of my sales men lacked confidence in their personality which directly affected the growth of my organization. Lack of manpower just made me to become workaholic and complete the task that my business required. At that time I was living a very stressful life. And then came a time when I wanted to wind up my business due to work pressure. Finally, when I came across united recruitment and marketing consultancy, I sensed a ray of hope. My intuition was correct. URMC not just helped me in finding perspective employees; they also handled my payroll department for a few months and made me feel relaxed. Now everything is running smoothly and I am enjoying vacation with my family.
