I want to log complaint against Company United Service Solutions SCO 21-25, First Floor Sector 70, SAS Nagar Mohali - Punjab Phone:- +[protected] Phone:- +[protected] Phone:- +[protected] [protected]@unitedservicesolutions.com This compliant is regarding the home based work related they offer me the home based work in taking the security amount of Rs 2999/- and do a agreement with me for 11 months for home based work. This work is regarding PDF to Word Conversion and in Rs 2999/- Plan the work load is of 300 Pages and 20 Days is the work submission time. My first assignment was started at 17-DEC and its submission date is 5-JAN and then i Submitted my work on 5-JAN as the date confirmed to me. After submitting the work they mentioned in there agreement that the your quality check report will given to you in next seven working days and after that your payout will be given in next seven working days thats me the whole process will be done in 14 working days. But when i submitted the work on 5-JAN i received my Quality report on Wed, Jan 27, 2010 at 7:12 PM after 23 days of my work submission and i have got the 87.7% accuracy in which they have to give me the Rs 1800/- payout but now they are only giving me the Rs 740/- Payout and telling me that this depend upon the characters on the work load. So, i request you to please help in this case against these peoples who are making a fool of their customer every day and doing help to resolve the case. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I had the same experience with them. This company is totally a fraud one. I got my first assignment for 500 pages at end of December. I submitted my work on required data. Instead of giving the QA report within 7 days, they gave it after nearly 14 days claiming they had some audit work going on. Of course, there is no penalty clause from their side for their delayed QA. Then, they found one error which they claimed occured through out the document and said that we are doing you a favor by letting you pass the 85% pass criteria. And, saying they will pay Rs 1000 or so. Q. And, that when I do the next assignment the same error won't be there.
I would request people not to sign up with this company. They will take your registration money and in return not pay you anything. They are making a utter fool o[censored]s.

I am agree with all above comments. So i request u guys to take proper action against these people. I don't join these people but one of my friend have same experience. These kind of people are only making fool of people.

Iam totally disagree with the comments of suman & chetna. Am also spend 2999/- as membership fees. For your information from last four month am getting assignment & payment on regular basics. I have received payment of my three assignment of Rs 3780, 6673, & 5212. As far as word count are concern, they give us every thing in black & white. If your are not able to generate any things because of your mistake, so pls don’t miss communicate the other peoples..

it is a totally Fraud Company.

my Assignment Type Mini Magic
Start Date 17-Jul-10
End Date 5-Aug-10.

I have submitted assignment 3-aug-2010, But when i checked my email id then this message was shown (You have failed to upload your completed Assignment as per the schedule given to you. Hence your contract stands cancelled (Refer point no. 11 of your Agreement)and No further work will be issued to you.)
But i don't know that what is the main problem and why my Agreement is canceled .
it is a totally Fraud Company. please my friends don't join this company .
