I am living in Satna M.P. using prepaid connection of reliance GSM Service. I am facing Network problem and GPRS connectivity problem in my Areas which are Birla Plant Area 2 and Birla Plant Area 3 since last 2 months. I was trying to complaint in reliance customer service [protected], but this no. does not connect. I had also complaint to local reliance office but they are nothing done to solve this probem. Pl. do something to solve my problem other wise I withdraw my connection. I am also trying to complaint my probles in reliance gsm site customer service but this service page is not registering complaint.
