I a Cloud Reseller with UnlimitedGB, I never had downtime until i installed wordpress with softaculous. Then i raised ticket(s) regarding the issue and dint get reply for a month/two and not till now. Now i noticed that they have closed my ticket without reply.
Yesterday they have updated the control panels and whats shocking is that the backup they restored was three days old. No announcement o[censored]pdation. No prior information o[censored]pdate. Very old backup, all works i did for the past 2 days are missing.
