[Resolved]  Uppal Group cheat by not return my booking amount — farud Bhushan and manish Uppal Uppal Group, Nobody booked flat like such group

Dear sir,
I am really sorry to say that Mr. Bhushan Uppal's Uppal Group just making money by cheating and grabing money from me like honest people. I had booked a flat with personal loan of 2. 5 lacs Rs and for that I am paying 3.75 lacs Rs to Bank. After 15 days my father got Heart attack and I cancel my booking. They promised to return the money within 7 days but it is 17 months over, they are not return my money, every 15 days interval they just give us false comitment. Now they are telling... your money is forefeited. For me like poor people 3.75 lacs is very high amount. Uppal group could easily able to return the same. Me like 100 of people are daily cheated by Uppal group. Did Mr. manish or Mr. Bhushan knows this? Why they are spoiling their good image by cheating me like people. This is look like story but this is fact. Can anybody help me what I should do.
