[Resolved]  Urban Tree Infrastructures Private Limited - Criminal/fraud Use Of Government Land By The Builder — Cheating Buyers when selling Flats

Dear Buyers

Sub: Sale of Flats by Urban Tree Infrastructures Private Limited at “Oakwood”, Gangai Amman Koil St , Karapakkam, OMR, Chennai - Criminal/fraud use of government land by the builder, Urban Tree to build basic amenities on the government land and wrongfully utilizing public funds of the buyers .

As per the plan given with the Legal Documents to the buyers septic tank ,drinking water tank , rain water tank and children’s play area are located inside the building campus but in reality all amenities i.e. drinking water tank/panchayat water tank ,septic tank and children’s play area are built outside the compound gate on government land without consulting the buyer on this.

Buyers were not informed of this till date till the buyers themselves found out after Urban tree had placed the compound wall , this is a criminal act of the builder who had encroached ongovernment land. The Builder has illegally and criminally used public funds and hard earned money of the buyers , contradictory to the building plan and the contract signed by the buyer and seller.

This Deceit of the builder Urban Tree. And its Directors, Mr. Abhishek Mehta and Mr. Abhinay Mehta is condemned and we seek justice and order since they are not co operative and starting to penalize all the buyers for their wrong doing.
