I purchase a usha food processor APR 2011.when I use it first time slice blade spot welding remove. I go to shop where I purchase.blade replace in 5 month.After it Grinding jar steel crack. I again go to shop where I purchase.when I go to shop 4times in 2 month,after it a wrong Attachment jar give me.I send back it and wait for one month but jar not delivered me.Then I said to shop keeper give me complaint no. He talk to service center than service center register my complaint 25 DEC2011and give me complaint no.C[protected].I talk to customer care regular.Every time they tell me that complain attend with in 24 hours,2days .service center give me another wrong Attachment jar.today service engineer come with another wrong Attachment jar and local brand .I contact c.care tell them 3 wrong Attachment jar.C.care tell me jar delivered me on Monday but I not satisfied with service because near about 4 month pending my problem Was this information helpful? |
