This has reference to your query regarding non receipt of ARS Bond Certificate for Investor ID no.[protected] in the site www.consumercomplaint.in.
In this regard we wish to inform you that, the ARS Bonds matured on 1st April, 2009. In order to release the maturity proceeds and interest warrants for the same, you are requested to submit the following documents:
1)Repurchase Application Form for repurchase of ARS Bonds duly signed mentioning current address and bank details of holder . Further the signature of holder on Repurchase form has to be compulsorily attested by Bank Manager under his official seal with the details name of attesting person, his designation and employee code.
2)Original Unit Certificate of CGGF1986.
We are despatching the Repurchase Application Form to your address 205/206, SPARKLE, CITI OF JOY, ACC ROAD, MULUND (WEST), MUMBAI - 400080. The same will be received by you shortly.
You may submit the documents duly completed in all respect to nearest branch o[censored]TI Mutual Fund or forward the same to the registrar M/s UTI Technology Services Ltd. at the following address:

ARS Bond investor ID no[protected] and Bond certificate no 45789683 I here by request to redeem the Bonds total 242 Nos at the face value.I further declare confirm that the issue of redemption warrant in my payment therefore amount towards the redemption shall fully discharge the administrator of the under taking the UTI from all claims, demand and proceeding under the said bonds.

Unit Trust of India CGGF86 — Non receipt of ARS Bonds
Dear Sirs,Reference: CGGF 86 Certficate Nos.[protected] & [protected]
I refer to the above mentioned CGGF certificates taken in the name of my son RYAN KOSHY PHILIP. In this regard, please note that I have neither received the A.R.S Bonds against these CGGF certificates nor the interest for the same till date. I had sent several letters in this regard to The UTI Invester Services, Chennai but have not even received a reply. Now, that the ARS Bonds have matured, please let me know how I can claim the proceeds with interest till maturity?
