Dear Sir
I had taken CGGF Scheme in the name of Chinmoy Srivastava membership no.
[protected] for which redumption cheque was send by UTI for Rs.16115/- and i deposited this cheque(127482) in SBI Railway colony branch Gorakhpur on 20/5/09.Due to some reason cheque was dis honoured by bank and i did not get the maturity amount.Now morethan 9 months has gone i am continuously requesting UTI to cancel the above cheque & reissue new cheque immediately but there is no response from UTI.
Please look into the matter and arrange to reissue the cheque immediately.
