[Resolved]  Uti Children's Gift Growth Fund Unit Scheme 1986 — non receipt of the bond converted from the scheme in 2004, and the bonds amount released in some unknown persons name

i had invested Rs 6400/- on 9 jan 1996 for application no-6958263 thorugh the agent asha mathur (code-801267) for which i received a certificate from uti Children's gift growth fund unit scheme 1986.

The certificate showed 640 units purchased and was suppose to mature in 19/09/2016

but in the middle on the tenure these where converted to some bonds for which i have never received any documents, when i went to the uti office, dehradun (rajpur road) i was informed that these bonds have already been redeemed in the name of the applicant-MAHESH CHANDRA UPRETI

dear concern, these bonds certificates are crutial and should be handed to the customer only. The organisation has record of all the deleiverable, kindly provide me the scan copy POD to whom the same has been deleivered.i have never received this bond. i was in the impression that uti is a reputed organisation, and any customer can trust the co that his money is safe. this incidence has turned to be an eye opener for me.

These bonds have been redeemed in the a/c no-[protected] (SBI) dated-02/04/2009. How can the bonds be realised to someone else a/c. Even if the name of the holder is same, the applicants name differs, kindly provide me the voucher where the name has been changed from UPENDRA KUMAR RAI to MAHESH CHANDRA UPRETI and the signature done on the request .

kindly look in to the matter on an urgent basis, or i will be force to move to Consumer Court
