How to know the status or the process to sell out the units

I have found some Certificate o[censored]TI Master Equity Plan 1993 purchased by my father in the year of 1993. My Father expired on 2007 and my mother is joint holder (Anyone or Survivor). I would like to know what is the process to know the current status of those certificates and also the process to sell out those.

I am kalpnath singh I have taken the policy for my daughter rs 1000 and after 21year that amount bill rs 100000 in year 1993 or 1994 but policy converted folio nos[protected] children career balance plan growth . This policy is less than original policy today valuation is rs 18000 today. This is not fair plz advise me what I will I do.
