dear sir/madam,
have applied for PAN Card two months back. I checked the status of PAN card from UTIISL website. My PA Number is BLCPP7202F. When I contacted UTIISL people they were saying that the PAN Card is despached on 07/12/2010 by UCP. I checked here in the post office. They had not received it yet. Kindly do the needful because I am leaving from this place in next month. Hoping for a quick response.

PAN - AAAFP5150C was issued by you effective date.01/04/1992. From I.T. Department it has been informed that the PAN is in correct. It belongs to PARKS INDIA New Delhi. Where as the PAN was issued by you long ago to us and the assessee was assessed on the same from then. Advance TAX was also paid till A/Y 2009-10. For the first time this mistake was pointed out by I.T. Department while completing the assessment of A/Y 2009-10.
As result the Return for A/Y 2010-11 is also not accepted by the department due to above reason as also advance TAX for A/Y 2011-12 has not been deposited till date.
It is therefore requested that kindly do the needful so that the I.T. Return as also advance TAX for A/Y 2011-12 may be deposited.

This is sunil kumar jha .I applied for the pan card vide the CSF No.[protected] dated 15 january 2010 for changes in address of the pan card no ABUPJ1791L . I have lodged complaints twice vide nos.95030523 and 95030948 but of no avail. Now, what shld I do, shld I take resort to the RTI.
