[Resolved]  UTV Bindass Emotional Atyachar — Too much vulgar content & intimate scenes

Would request you to take action against UTV Bindaas programme "Emotional Atyachar". It threatens to erode the cultural fabric of our society. It is a travesty of decency that this show is broadcasted at prime time, thus exposing such filth to families and young children. The nature of the program has been well documented. Furthermore, UTV is exploiting women (undercover agents), who engage in vulgar activities with suspects and is a form of thinly veiled prostitution. This angle needs to be investigated, and the channel should be penalised heavily for this. Adultery in a relationship outside the purview of a marriage, which the show attempts to expose, does not hold legal weight, and thus tarnishing the suspect's life, by exposing him/her on prime time television is a vile act, and a gross violation of the individual's right to privacy.
