I had purchased v guard solar water heater dated on[protected], model no:2556 from Krishna Electrical,. Arsikere: 573103, Hassan Dist, Karnataka. Its evacuated tube broke on its own without any physical damage caused by us.I am unable to get proper service and response from the concerned dealer, he is blaming us for the damage that was caused by wrong installation of the device by dealer himself. I still have warranty period for 3yrs.Please do take necessary action towards this issue and replace the damaged tube with the new one.

After another 2days we got a call from V Guard Product in Charge Mr. Hanumanth informing us that the tank is out of warranty and has to be replaced on payment costing around 9000/-, which is totally not acceptable.He then spoke to his senior Mr. BasavaLinga raju and agreed to get it replaced if i paid 50 percent .
We purchase a reliable product from a company like V Guard keeping in mind the trust you have maintained all these years.there was several orther dealers giving me best offers and service like, Tata BP, ANU, solarizer. but i finally opted to go in for V Guard as you allways maintaned standards and provide good service.But unfortunately, I am unable understand how a tank starts leaking within three years . lapse of 10 days in warranty, mainly due to the delay caused by your team in visiting and taking appropraite action, and rectifying it has put the costumer in hardship. If we have to change a solar every three years, we can better pray for our luck and buy some locally available brands providing good after sales service.
Request your team to analyse the situation seriously and get my solar tank replaced on prority, So that our trust on reliable products continue with our relationship.
