I had a terrible experience with V3 Hyundai service centre. I unfortunately sent the car to them for the 3rd free service - only because it is close to my office.

I have a diesel car. They poured Engine Oil meant for petrol engines in it! Their bill shows that they put engine oil for petrol cars! Yet they deny it saying they put the correct oil. Now the engine makes noise.

To make the car look as though it was cleaned, they dipped a cloth in dirty oil and wiped the entire interior of the car including the steering wheel. After servicing they called me to find out the quality of service. When I complained, they picked the car and cleaned the interiors. But even now there are patches of dirty oil inside the car.

Who does one complain to?

No one should ever go to V3 Hyundai.

Express Hyundai is no better. I bought the car from them. They have forged my signature on the registration document. The registration book has the wrong engine number and the wrong key number! I've filed a case against them in the consumer court.
