Vadodara Mahanagar Seva Sadan — Garbage throwing near Akota Garden on Corporations' open plot by various agencies

I am residing in a newly construct Building, Namely SUNSTONE TOWER, near Akota Garden. Near to my apartment there are open plots of corporation. I have seen that no of agencies are throwing garbage on this open plot. On requesting them, the matter turns in to quarrel between resident near garden and with the garbage thrower. One a month a go we call Mr. Vijay shah (our corporator, VMSS, WARD NO 6 ) to intervene into the matter. With the help of Shri Vijay shah for a day or two the Garbage throwing activity was stopped, later on again position is same as earlier. We also noticed that some time corporations’ Garbage vehicle are also throwing the waste in this area.. We have also noticed that Sweepers of nearby societies also throwing waste in this ground.
The Local people leaving nearby this are are also using this ground for toiletry. In the morning time Ladies and gents are using as Latrine. It becomes so shameful that we cannot open our window of the Flats.
In this Regards, no of complains are made to the VMSS ward Office by Many Local social workers, but no action are taken.
We request the VMSS authority to intervene in the matter and Request to construct wall or fencing to the ground so that throwing garbage and using of this land as toiletry can be stopped.
