[Resolved]  VANA HOME APPLIANCES / ELECTRIC CHIMNEY — NON DELIVERY OF SPARES

I have purchased Electric Chimney 60 cm Vana - 1007 Glass Model with oil collector- Sec. Capacity 1000 M3/h from your dealer Kitchen Koncepts, 1F-38, B.P. First Floor, Opp. Vaishno Devi Mandir, NIT, Faridabad vide Bill No.805 dated 08/04/2009. When I placed order it was agreed that one set of certain servicable parts like suction gril, Oil collcollector etc. will be provied with the chimney even I agreed to pay the charges, but despite close follow up, dealer finally he asked me to talk directly to the company and I talked to several people at VANA, some of them I know Mr. Sharma, Mr. Rishi, Ms. Seema on cell phone [protected]/3/09/10 when I was told that parts are out of stock and when available, I will be informed, but nothing has been done till date. Since sufficient time has been elapsed and it is the basic responsibility of manufacturer to provide whatever parts required to its customer even on chargeable basis for which I haven't refused. Please look into the matter and do the needful within this week i.e. by 20/2/10 failing which I will be forced to take up the matter with the concerned authorities. Thanks, Satish Kapoor, H. We have sent you the spare parts of Chimney 1007 thats your requirement before 2 months but your complaint against VANA Home Appliances in Consumer Court is show on internet.

Please do the needful for remove it as soon as possible.

I have purchased Electric Chimney, and currently having Suction problem. I have been trying to call them from last one month but unable to get response. sometimes one guy picks up the phone but is not ready to note down complaint and ask to call again after 15-20 minutes, when we call again there is no response.

Can somebody help me.

I purchased electric chimney directly from VANA factory, it has been making lot of noise since past few months, I have been trying to reach the customer care but the number provided does not work, please help resolve the issue.
