This complaint is regarding Vanajarao Quick Marriages Pvt Ltd for providing false information about a service and not providing refund when brought to notice.
My registration id is BRAG9028301.
I registered for the 1799 package in the chart below a couple of days back:

In the chart, searching for profiles online ("18. Search,View,Save Profiles") for the 1799 package is available.
Before making the payment I called the Malleshwaram , Bangalore branch to check whether I would be able to search for all the profiles registered at Quick Marriages. The executive at the branch confirmed that it was possible.
I went ahead and registered for the 1799 package believing that I would be able to view hundreds of profiles and choose a maximum of 15.
To my surprise, I was able to view only 71 under the entire kannada+brahmin category !! . This clearly meant I paid 1799 just to view a maximum of 71 profiles against hundreds I was promised at the branch!! .
Upon calling up the branch to register my grievance, the executive advised me to register for the Rs.4000 package and said that the 1799 and 2799 online packages were "waste packages".
Upon calling up the head office in Hyderabad I came to know that searching profiles was restricted in the 1799 package which confirmed that the branch had provided false information.
I requested for a refund for providing false information and was denied and again advised to go for the Rs. 4000 package by paying the additional amount of 2200.
Request you to resolve my problem and provide me refund of Rs.1799.
