Dear Sir,
We got above mentioned Usance LC from M/s Simplex Castings Ltd. which was negotiated by our Banker on 06.01.2007 as per LC terms it was very much clear that all bank charges including usance interest will be borne by applicant. (vide clame No. 6 of other terms and conditions of LC).
Inspite of the above we did not received usance interest amount of Rs. 88,678/- from your bank.
So, many times we requested for the amount o[censored]sance interest but inspite of our regular follow up and correspondence you did not pay the above amount.

After passing of more then 4 years matter is still pending at your end. We have become feed up by doing correspondence and follow up with your branch as well as your RO. Now we request you kindly look in to the matter so we can get our old due amount with interest.
