Being in Varite has been the most henious and traumatising experience so far, I am also an ex-varitian and had been through the similar situation in the past. I agree with Akash- Use of offensive/abusive dialect by the managers on the floor and thus making it a pathetic workplace. I feel like adding more but I don’t want to re-collect many bitter experiences i've had in the past.

If Akash had worked and get the accpetance from the CEO then he must get the salary. I don't know the inside story but as per law he should be given the full month salary..Samir Sinha(ex-varitian)
I was also a ex-varitian. This is a Pathetic company to work with. No ethics, They just know how to make plans but no implementations at all. The guys working there are so insecure that they dont want to see any one joining there and work. What am i saying!!! WORK... HUH its a joke for them. The will tell you BLAH- BLAH- Blah. but actually they dont even have the funds to pay salary to the guys working there. CEO'S word "GET ME THE REVENUE OR DO NOT EXPECT THE SALARY"

Thanks for the response guys...I am really surprised how could they do this... Biggest thing is that the CEO has accepted my resignation in which i have clearly mentioned about willingness to serve notice period and to that he replied that "you are relieved with immediate effect without any notice period" .. still from last 2 months I am following up for my salary. And yesterday he called me further and said " ja nahin deta teri salary...kar ley jo karna hai" and abused me with highly inappropriate words

Agreed Akash...let me know if anything i can help with...they have done this time and again with lot of ex-employees, apart from this the most surprising & unprofessional thing experienced at Varite Inc was the "Hiring & Firing" policy they were practicing within their organization, I have seen people getting fired from there without being informed and the only information regarding them being relieved with immediate effect use to go through the cab driver to the employees "Cab driver use to say: that there will be no pick for you from Monday as per the instructions from the management"...its just like a "baniya ki dukaan"

hey guys i have got a call from varite india pvt ltd to join as technical recruiter ...should i join or not??
Company is not that bad. All I can say please check the date of this complaint and all comments. Its all the same. It is a pre planned move to give bad name to a company by few employees who were dissatisfied and doesn't look genuine at all.
Most of the contractor companies in the name of consultancy services resort to such henious things. My son worked in Helios and Matheson and was not paid salary, IT was deducted and not credited through TDS challans, PF was deducted and was not credited. There should be some supervision by Govt to stop these unwanted and anti-labour practices of companies.

all for real, i have not been paid PF for the first month and in second month they have not paid full PF, only 1/3rd of total they paid..It is totally like baniye k dukaan, and government should take some action against them.
