I had recently purchased 17 boxes of Embessy model tiles of the above company.Within 2 weeks the tiles began showing black spots.
A complaint was lodged and Co rep visited site and had a look at the problem.
Subsequenty I called, wrote mails, registered letters to company as well as factory.
THE COMPANY HAS NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND and seem to be least bothered about customer complaints and satisfaction.
Such companies who take customers for a ride need to be taught a lesson.
