[Resolved]  vastuland realtors pvt ltd — not issuing commissions of 25 of workers since december 2009

Vastuland Company is dumping the money of customers and already vastuland has shut down its offices in mumbai since 9 months overnite without informing the workers.
the company is still claiming to have their office and services in mumbai and has published the false address in there broucheres and stationry even web site, fooling the people.
the company has also make investors fool in jabalpur and sold out them the illegal land without having the TNC permission, and without other leegal formalties.VASTULAND company has sold out the project in indore namely VRINDAVAN, promising people to start development in first month.but till now being 8 months they have not done any work and has take money from all the people in the name of development.
After having so much complaints of the customers, the company was not taking any action, and with this reason someworkers of company take initative to complain about all these bad happnings with the people.and compnay stopped their earning for which they have worked hard,and this is like to snaching bread from there mouth.
so i pleadge to the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA TO PLEASE TAKE VASTULAND REALTORS PVT LTD IN STRONG LEAGAL ACTION.AND LET ALL THESE HARD WORKING WORKERS GET THEIR HARD EARNED BREAD BACK..

We, 'Investors "in the Vindhyachal project situated at Khandwa Road Indore signed agreements with Vastuland Realtors Pvt Ltd and as per agreement various land development work related to drainage, water supply, electricity supply and many more to be completed by the " Company" by March 2012 but hardly 25 % of the work is completed.

For the above mentioned reason we " Investors' ' formed a temporary committee named as "Vindhyachal Vastuland Management Committee” to interact with various regulatory bodies, forums etc and to safeguard our interest.
