the said product bought from Big Bazar Kolkata, after instaling at Kolkata self has been shifted to Kochi, Kerala on official transfer. After instaling at Kochi, It could not access to reception. On checking with the customer care at Kochi, I was informed that the product is still lying in Dealers account, and adviced to contact the Dealer.
The party who istaled at Kolkata as adviced by your customer cell, could not getting contacted neither by his e mail nor his phone. giving failier notice from both end.
Please help me with your necessary action to get the product of its expected use.
