PF withdrawal form Submitted Dear Sir/ Madam I am Mr.Amol Arvind Hiwale Emp ID-53237, ex employee of VCustomer Services Indian Private Ltd. No B-1/G-3,Mohan Co-oprative Industrial Estate,Mathura Road,New Delhi-110044. I had sumitted my PF withdrawal for duely filled by myself and also my company has filled their part with duely signed and sealed. This was sent to Delhi PF office Nehru place, New Delhi. quite more than 6 months over now. I have all documentation proof with me. Now so far there is no any kind of reply or acknowledgement from PF office. My PF No:DL/23859/014691 I am now worried when will I get my claims to my account. Because so far there is no any kind of correspondence was received from PF office new delhi. Please it is my humble request to help me and through this I want to inform PF office, to kindly have practice of sending acknowledgements to the post received by them. and let them inform that by when onces due gets processed and settled. i dont have any problem from the companey but its getting delay in my pan that is the issue
vcustomer — didn't get credit card
I applied for Credit Card 45 Days Before, they apprved credit card, the card came thru blue dart, , , but by mistake on the credit card my middle Intial it was changed (it was not mached my identy proof ) . From the 'Blue Dart' i didn't get credit card, , , they retrend card twice, , , i logged the complent regarding this issu, i spke with (Rupali, javed, vishal & so may peoples from customer care ) but the same problem .please update my middle intial "Parshuram" insted of "Parshram" & plz send the card as soon as possible .

vcustomer — Din't get the credit card
I didn't get credit card from 'Blue Dart ", due printing mistake from the HDFC, , , , Card got retrend time from 'Blue Dart ' ...As per my Indenty Proof, my middle intial is " PARSHURAM" but on the card printed
" PARSHRAM " . I logged the complent reagrding this, but i was getting same feedback form "custome care excative " it will done, , , , , , but never did, , plz do some ... i am using HDFC sallery acount sice 3 years, , , , I want credit card, plz make it carrect & send my credit card as soon as possible . my contact no-[protected] .

This is to inform you that I Hardeep Singh ( DL/ 28683 A/c no. 3404) worked with BVI HR Practice Pvt Ltd from 01.09.07 to 31.10.08. BVI HR Practice Pvt Ltd had deduct Provident fund every month. but after leaving the BVI we have submitted the PF form 2 -3 times with the department. but till date I have not received my PF amt.So you are requested to inform the reason why we are not getting PF amt.

hi may name i9s rachit trikha my acknowlegment num is [protected] the pan aalloted to me is AIGPT8051J but i m nt getting mt pan yet a apply fo that in the month of dec. and the courier agency sad i m shifted but i m live in my own home from past 3 years so send my pan to me as soon as u can i need this for some offical work too so kindly do the need the full i gv u my brother num num i[censored] have any problem kindly call MR bharat ohja [protected]thanks regurds
