[Resolved]  Venkata Sai Gas Agencies, Madhapur, Hyderabad — Distributor not reachable on phone...

I have been facing the same problem for the last 5 days. They do not deliver the cylinders in time and neither do they attend phone calls.

I have been calling them every hour - but they are eternally busy.

Can anybody tell what needs to be done? Who is the owner? What's his number?

Indane Gas — Venkat Sai fails to deliver on time even after 15 days no delivery of gas

Venkat Sai, in maDHAPUR, hyderabad, is teh worst gas agency I have ever come across, they dont know how to talk most pf teh time phones are not available and I think in govt servants works like this and get paid .Till now after booking for second cylinder hav not received and neither do they update.

I am facing exact same issue. These guys are completely unprofessional. There phone lines are never reachable. Even after physically going to their agency, they send me back saying that stock is not available.

I am having hard time due to unavailability of the gas.

Very true becoz my connection with same dealer. plz ban this agency & allot to new agency/ divide kondapur & madhapur to two different agencices.

Please blacklist this agency immediately.

Venkat Sai Gas Agency persons are cheats, liers and dishornest.
They never answer calls.The person who attends the calls talks rudely.
They say that the gas is booked and will be delivered in with in 10-15 days but when i call after the given time they say that the gas was not booked so we are booking it now or otherwise they say that the gas was sent and returned because the door was locked which is not true.
My people are always at home .
This is not just one time problem.
But i have been facing this problem since 3 years.
I now feel to approch consumer court and file a case against this gas agency.

THE INDIAN GAS COMPANY (IOCL) has to take an action against this guys.

a general complaint which has not been solved by any person for years is not getting telephone connection for cylinder booking. my con no 125460 acylinder was booked on 12th june after waiting for so many days the same was not delivered on enquiry we have been asked to book again on 8th july it seems they came to deliver but we are not available. in these situation of not available when the delivery boy comes what is the procedure. simply gas agent are harashing to supply cylinders they feel as if they are giving free of cost out of their pockets.
kindly clarify and see that the booked cylinder be available to us.

There Phone is the main probelm, they will never answer the phones nor they pick the phones...

Is there any one who can really reset these people.

My Customer no. is 145868. I am facing problem with Venkatasai Gas Agency, Madhapur Hyderabad Agency No. 125460. I book for refilling on 8th Aug 2009 and since then I was told that within 2-3 days they deliver the cylinder.
Every times I have to go personally to book for refilling and even to know the status of delivery.
They are never reachable to the telephone numbers[protected],[protected] they have provided.

They are not providing services properly and always giving excuses like door locked etc..

I dont understand why The Indane Gas Company is not taking any action against this agency.

This is the only Indane Distributor for the Madhapur, Kondapur area and this guys never attend there phones.
This has been going on for last few months. They have two phone number published[protected] /[protected], however,
whenever you call them, be it morning 10:00 am, after-noon 12:00 noon or at 3:00 pm these numbers always appear to be
busy.

One fine day, I decided to reach there office and to my utter surprise and discontent I found that they have kept both
the phones off-hook. When I enquired them about this they initially just refused to comment, but later said - "itna phone attend karneka time nahi hain apne paas..."

This thing has been going on and on inspite of repeatedly complaining about such an unproffessional behaviour.
I hope this forum will raise this issue up with the distributor.

It is surprising that after soooo many complaints, the agency hasn't budged at all!!! Like how all of you mentioned, the damn phone is stttiilllll off-hook and the agency is put up at GOD-KNOWS-WHERE!! My roommates and I have been living off a private gas (850Rs per cylinder) for 4months!! And why!?? Because I just cant get them to answer the phone. What is actually happening to the complaints that are being lodged here??? INDANE needs to rip them off their license and someone more responsible should take it up. Clearly, the customers are dissatisfied and are only continuing with Venkat Sai because of the lack of other options.

If anybody has alternative gas agency which is any better than this rotten one at Madhapur, please share it. Thanks.

I completely agree with this. I've had a very bad experience with them. I applied for my connection and the initial registered post came within 2 weeks. The post first 'Congratulated' me on my connection and asked me to come and apply for my gas cylinder.

I went over and the very first thing they said was "We are out of regulators". They said to come in a weeks time. It's been a month and they still say the same very thing without a look of care on their faces. I told them that I'll manage the regulator from somewhere and to give my my gas and they refused.

Also, it is CLEARLY written in their welcome letter (in 2 places) that customers do NOT have to necessarily buy stoves from them. But when I went they said it is compulsory to get a stove also from them.

This is really stupid honestly. I've given up on them. I decided to get my gas by other means.

For the information of all those who face this problem, please note that now the gas refill booking is to be done through automated refill booking system. For Indane contact No.[protected] and for HP [protected].
You would find it very convenient.

shame on us. the only thing we do is write online complaints to get rid of frustration. Don't/can't we even date to teach this petty/creepy guys a lesson by catch holding them once they are off the premises one each day and slap/hit once or twice. and tell them to attend phone/duties genuinely.
I dare do this. does any one else dare this?
