New Ro,water filter (Aqua secure) was purchased from M/S Verma Enterprises , D-16/146, sector-7Rohini,Delhi110085 Ph (o[protected],27045435 Customer Care :[protected],[protected]&[protected] on 15/9/10 with one year warranty.I complaint to the customer care about the defect with the filter on 12/9/11.no one turned up for repairs on12&13 sept,on reminder one mr mohan came on 14th,replaced some parts but the fault could not be set right for which the complaint was made.he ,left saying that he will come again with the part which he does not have with him now. no one turned up again,when contacted customer care, I was told that the complaint is still pending with them.reminded many times,but in spite of assurances nothing was done till date.now they say that i should take AMC & then the complaint will be attended. THIS IS NOT FAIR. WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS MADE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD BUT COULD NOT BE SET RIGHT BY THEM,IT IS THEIR MISTAKE AND IT MUST BE ATTENDED.IT SEEMS THAT IT IS PURPOSELY DELAYED SO THAT THE COMPANY CAN FORCE THE CUSTOMER TO HAVE AMC.
