[Resolved]  VGP Cyber Gardens, Bangalore — Cheating and fraud by vgp

I had purchased a 10, 800 sq. Ft plot in vgp cyber gardens, kanakapura road, bangalore in 2001. I paid the entire amount in full immediately. This was my complete life time saving till then, thinking that a good property would be a great way to make sure that i do not misuse my money.

Till today, even after repeatedly following up with vgp, i have not got my khatha, there has been no work done as promised, there is absolutely no response from vgp and i am totally stranded. Extremely sad and depressed with the situation.

Could somebody help me to either get back the money that i have invested from these crooks. I have all the documentation and papers. The land is registered in my name.

The main culprit is one of the directors called vgp babudas, an absolute fraud. He told us, while registering the plot in 2001, "please be assured that in 8 months, you will find a beautiful cyber garden in place, and you can think of building a beautiful cottage for yourself in your plot." 8 years hence, nothing in my hand...

Please please help.

He is of course the biggest fraud, he cheats everybody. He has gone to one of the us airports and said "i am babudas son of paneerdas" and was told to get lost.

My father purchased 2 plots via vgp located near sarjapur. However he failed to get those registered to his name however we have all the documents, sale receipts and bills paid for vgp.

We approached vgp office in jayanagat bangalore, spoke to mohandas but no help was provided.

Now since 2 years we are fighting for our right. Vgp is run by bunch and . They absolutely do not care. Always say call me next week, call me next week. We even sent a legal notice and these have not replied.

Mohandas who retired recently, this man is an utter rubbish. My father had worked so hard, saved money and bought this plot now we are helpless.
