About 8 months ago i purchased 2 plots in VGP Lourdes Nagar which is in Pondy - Tindivanam Road, Pulichipalayam. From the date of purchase i been following up for transferring patta into my name and the concern guy charged me Rs. 6K for 2 plots for patta. Till date no proper response from them on patta and on every call i make they repeating the same answer that the patta will be ready in 1 or 2 weeks time or pls don't call untill they call back when the patta is ready.
