Iam an NRI and invested in AQUA FORM PROJECT ,once they made a payment of amount rs 2755/ against cheque no -652456 dt 15/3/2000 as an ncome yield from th above scheme. since then they had stop payment giving the reason that their legal problems. they had offered me to shift or join other projects under the same co.but i donot trust upon them and intrested to with draw from project and wrote al etter requesting him to return my money . but they do not answer and nor return the money back. pl look into matter and sort out case.i will be thankful to you.
