VHF Selve Continental City — Non Development of amenities in purchased plots

I bought a Plot in VHF Selve Continental City, Attebelle,Bangalore on the assurance of Late MrJaganathan
Late Mr.Jaganathan who was Chairman And Managing Director that he will develope this city in a year with Fully laid
metal Roads,Street Lights,Concrete Overhead Tank with abandant water supply with multiple borewels and parks etc.,
But nothing was done till his death inthe year 2005,and i was constantly following with him since i wanted to construct
a villa.Now after his death i approached his son who assured me that all works will be takenup as soon as possible
within a year or so but to my surprise nothing had happened.whenever i called him over phone to his Office at SIPCOT,Hosur
the office people will say either he has gone out or he is out of statation.

There are several people like me who are all NRIs who is suffering and do not know how to move further to get back our rights and returns.
Hence we request to consider this on top priority and try to help in this matter.

Pls note all other developers in and around Attebelle area have done remarkable developements for their investors who have become the proud owners of their dream
lands and houses.
