[Resolved]  Vibgyor High — PF not received 18 months after resignation despite completing all formalities

Sir,

I was working for Vibgyor High, Goregaon from 1st July 2006 to 31st May 2007. It is 15 months since I resigned and completed all the formalities therein. I was asked to fill the PF form twice, once at the time of resignation and again in the month of April 2008, but till date the papers have not been submitted to the PF office.

I have been following up on the same with the school, but without any result. Kindly guide me on the next course of action from my side. It is indeed a pathetic state that an international school of such calibre should harass its ex-employees over their PF which is our right.

Kindly look into it at the earliest and guide me accordingly.
