I was work in Vihaan infrasystems india ltd. as a senior engineer,electrical(sister concern of smart chips)Noida-201301,sec-63,D-216) from 8th May 2009.its a telecom tower infra.company.at last the company manager/hr forcefully terminate me in 29th April 2011 without any notice and my previous one month salary also.which is company giving 2 months notice period/2 months salary.its also mentioning in company agreement paper.
with my full and final.i was 18 times mail to company hr,manager,a/c head but not any respone.my TA/DA Rs 80000/+ pending on vihaan infrasystems india ltd.NOIDA
Also i already submitted my pf documents to vihaan infrasystems india ltd.from 8th Aug 2011 but epf status/amount not shown in EPF status enquary site,then i also dial to vihaan infra office at Noida regarding pf but they reply me we ll process your PF documents but if you ll a mail us ANY AMOUNT NOT PENDING ON VIHAAN INFRASYSTEMS INDIA LTD.my PF A/C-DL/935426/271,NAME-PRAFULLA KUMAR SWAIN.DOJ-08/05/2009.Company adress-VIHAAN INFRASYSTEMS INDIA lTD.D-216,SEC-63,NOIDA-201301(U.P). Request you to take some early action on priority & revert positively with confirmation date of PF settlement & experience letter.
Pls let me know what should I do to get my work done from you people because I m getting frustrated now after chasing these long with you for just a small work.
