Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been an Indane consumer since 1977 and had been mving to several parts of India being an officer of Govt of India undertaking. After shifting to New Delhi recently, I have registered with Vikram Enterprises as a LPG DBC Consumer with no. 36047 since Oct/Nov 2008. During the last few deliveries I have noticed that the cylinders supplied had been having less gas though it was having its mouth sealed. The last supply vide receipt no 7657 dated 22/04/2009 had less gas content by over 4 Kg which could be weighed after the supply was made already. A telephonic complaint was lodged on mobile no [protected] which was promptly responded with a promise to get it replaced by same day evening or at the best bu next day. However, nothing happened and I had to use it as the other cylider had already exhausted and I waited in vain for replacement of the under-weight cylinder as promised. I gather from my other colleagues that it is a regular affair and therefore, I am compelled to bother you on this forum for redressal of the grievances of consumers like me.
I request you to take appropriate action in this regard by informing of the same in order to protect the consumer's right which seems to be out of the list for the supplier bringing in disrpute to Indane gas services to which I have had very long mostly satisfying experiences in different parts of India.
