[Resolved]  Vin motors tumkur — Cheating and misleading

My name is vijay kumar.I bought a bike in vin motors tumkur.this was the most horrible experience in my lifetime.firstly they didn't have bikes in stock but they offered me discounts compared to other dealer in the town.the other dealer had the stock but he didn't give me this much discounts.so I booked bike in vin motors by paying 40000rs which was the biggest blunder in my life.I was assured of being given the delivery within 1 week but they prolonged it I had called several times but they prolonged it.then I went to their showroom almost every day and I fought with them to refund the amount.they didn't do that .they told it has been transferred to hero Honda company.then they told me waiting is the only option for me because in hero Honda supply has come down.when I told them that the bike is available with the other dealer they answered very irresponsibly.the executives told we can't do any thing our owner is not refunding the amount.you have to wait or else you should have booked in the other dealerships before itself and now we can't do any thing.then after pleading for 1 month I got the bike.so it was about 43day of the booking that too without any discounts.they told they have arranged bike from somewhere else so they can't give discounts.I bought the bike as I had no option otherwise I would have lost the money.this is complete harrasement they are doing on customers as later I came to know they are doing this to lots of customers and even many consumer cases have been filed against them .this was the complete nightmare of my life.I kindly request hero honda company to remove the dealer or else customers will loose the faith on the company.the dealer is sitting there to fraud the customers and nothing else.
