[Resolved]  Vinayaka Mission University — Marks given without correcting the answersheets

I am Priyadarshan,a victim of Vinayaka mission university.I had never done any courses till my PG in correspondence, for the 1st time I did a mistake by joining M.Phil in this so called great Vinayaka mission university and i got my marks in the range of 50,52,55 which never i had obtained in my life time.

I can challenge that my answer sheets were not corrected and had given marks in a random way.Regarding this I approached VMU in person and got ill treated like anything.I did my PG in Madras university and obtained 1st class with distinction and I showed that certificate to the VMU Director of Distance Education and asked how can I get marks in the range of 50, I was shocked to hear from that director stating that in Madras University they might have given mark without correcting or the examiner would have been in a good mood while correcting.He commented so badly about the 150 years old Madras University.

I claimed for a Xerox copy of my Answer sheets but to hide their mistake they didn't issue me the same then I had applied for my revaluation but the Controller of Examination (Mrs.Sivagami),she herself has taken and gone through my paper and called me and black mailed that I had got only below pass mark and out of courtesy they had made me pass and I should not do anything regarding this any more and If I take any action she will make me fail.I had applied for revaluation and my paper should be corrected by an examiner why this controller of examination has taken my answer sheet really I don't understand and I doubt that she might have even taken out some of the papers from my answer sheet.

I feel like I had lost my life and had been cheated but Iam not going to stop till I get justice.The students can never be cheated in the name of education.I request you all to give suggestions and ideas regarding this so that I can take legal action against the University which will bring justice to my plea and also will save the life of students.My heartfelt advice to all, Please don't join any course in Vinayaka Mission University which will be an end to your career life.
