Vinayaka Missions University, Salem — Marks Card

Dear Sir/Madam

I have written the M.Phil., (Mathematics) Examination in Dec.2008, from VINAYAKA MISSIONS UNIVERSITY, Salem.
Study Center : Sri Sesha Sai Educational Society, Bagepalli.
Examination was held in Bagepalli, I have also submitted my Dissertation to the Study Centre & have the acknowledgement for the same,
but till date I have not yet received the the MARKS CARD.

Please suggest me further steps which I should take.

I have completed my MBA in 2015, Till date even I have not received my mark sheet. I have contacted them by Emails and phone but they don't respond.
Please advise you friends not to take admission in Vinayaka Missions University, Salem
