Vintron Convergys Pvt Ltd — Mental Harassment and expulsion by the company

I was expelled from the company when I was ill for 2 days. My companies director called me and told not to come from the next day. This was very shocking for me and he told me to give the compensation for one month. The incident is of 6th August, and till now he has hold my two months salary. I am having the companies laptop and I had told the company to give me the cheque and I will give the laptop and for this give me the date to come. But they are saying that first give the laptop and we will send you the salary cheque afer 10 days. And it is the company history to hold the salaries of the employees, so how can I will be having the faith in them. And because of the expellsion from the company I was in depression for 15 days and till now I am in the recovery process from that, so I will be grateful to somone who can help me in getting my salary from the company.
