[Resolved]  Vinverth — EMERGENCY LAMP

I HAD GIVEN MY VINVERTH EMERGENCY LAMP FOR SERVICING IN KOCHI SERVICE CENTRE - "JUPITER ELECTRONIC SERVICE CENTRE ", PALARIVATTOM ON 8/10/2011 and THE RECEIPT NUMBER - 0147963...TODAY THE DATE IS 29/12/2011 AND I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE EMERGENCY LAMP TILL NOW..ON CALLING THE NUMBERS GIVEN, THEY GAVE A REPLY THAT IT HAS TO COME FROM COIMBATORE AFTER REPAIRNG..THE BLOODY FACT IS THAT THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE IN KOCHI..KINDLY TAKE ACTION IN THIS CASE ON URGENT BASIS..

I NEED THE LAMP WITHIN JANUARY 1ST WEEK ITSELF, OR THE MATTER WILL BE TAKEN WITH THE CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM.

DEAR CUSTOMERS, NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM VINVERTH. THE AFTER SERVICE IS VERY VERY PATHETHIC AND THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ARE ALWAYS VERY VERY BUSY.

Vinverth — Emergency light no working

My emergency light is not working, I bought it sep 2010. Please change my light.
I HAVE PURCHASED A VINVERTH EMERGENCY LIGHT . THEN THIS PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING.I AM DEPOSITED THIS PRODUCT FOR SERVISING ON 22/10/2011 IN YOUR "JUPITOR ELECTRONICS SERVICE CENTRE, PALARIVATTOM. KOCHI...RECIEPT NO. IS 0151503.
AFTER I MONTH YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER CALLED ME, YET HE SAID, YOU PAID THE 200/= RUPEES.I PAID THE MONEY AT THAT TIME..PAID BILL NO. IS 26722/25.11.2011
BUT NOT RESPONS AND NOT INFORMED ME AT THIS TIME.YOUR SERVISE CENTRE RESPONS IS VERY BAD..SUDDENLY PLS RETURN MY PRODUCT..I AM NOT SATISFIED YOUR SERVISING
Vinverth customer support is worst in the world, I have experienced it
in 2011 i purchased Vinverth emergency light from lulu and i took it to my home kerala, In october 2011 it became faulty the problem was it was not charging and we took the same to the local service centre in Kochi then after 20 days some one called and they said i have remit Rs-200 for servicing it ( the equipment is still under warranty ) i refused to pay it but they said its for replacing the lamp and if wont pay they wont service the lamp, then i paid same other wise they wont service so i paid it then no updates for another 8 to 10 days then i called again the service centre thay said it has been send to factory for service finally after another seven days they said its ready i can collect when i went there they gave another bill Rs-49 that is taxes for service finally i paid the same now the lamp is working but it having scratches all over the place and the reflector is having finger print marks on it
now i am going to consumer court against them so pleae dont buy any products from Vinverth
hi I am also faced same problem from vinverth and I am thinking of going to consumer court against vinverth please see the following link

they charged me Rs- 200 for CFL replacement and another 49 as tax for board replacement
and they are doing this to every body who comes there with Emergency light

dear sir, today evening i came there in palarivattom vinverth shop for repairing my home theater but they refused to repair and they said guaranty not yet finish but we cannot repair here, You go and repair outside, mobile no [protected]
I had given emergency lamp [my consignment no 1261196 ]to your cochi service centre on 22.09.2012.and they asked me to remit Rs 79/ in chalakudy GIFT AVENUE .The amt I paid on 22.10.2012 .Once I asked ur consumer care centre AND they replied me that it"s complaint was solved and it would be deliverd very soon .But the product was not delivered till today.How can we TRUST ur product and ur after sales services.
